Waiting time at arrivals

What should never appear on your fare
- Undisclosed “convenience” or “booking” fees added after confirmation.

How we quote airport transfers
When you book an airport transfer with us, the fare you are shown includes any applicable airport access charge and any known toll for the route, calculated into a single fixed total before you confirm. If your flight is delayed, the fare does not change because of the delay itself; our free waiting allowance for airport pickups is generous precisely because flight timing is outside your control.
Comparing this with a metered taxi or ride-hailing app
A metered taxi rank fare or an app-based ride can look lower on the initial estimate but frequently does not include airport access charges until they are added to the metered total at the airport itself, and app-based surge pricing can move the quoted fare upward between the moment you check the price and the moment your ride is confirmed. A fixed, itemised quote removes both of these sources of uncertainty.
If you think you have been charged incorrectly
Every fare confirmation we send includes an itemised breakdown. How airport charges are actually set
It is worth understanding that airport access charges are not something operators like us invent or mark up. They are set by the airport authority operating each terminal, King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh is operated by Riyadh Airports Company, for example, and apply uniformly to commercial ground transport providers using the pickup and drop-off zones. Our role is to pass this through accurately at the rate actually charged, not to add a margin on top of it, and to make sure it is visible to you before you travel rather than folded invisibly into a larger total.
