Choose the actual Eastern Province destination
A transfer from King Fahd International Airport may finish in Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran or another supported place. Select the complete hotel, office, residence or venue. A precise destination produces a more reliable route and avoids turning different cities into one generic airport price.
Attach the booking to the correct arrival
Enter the flight number, date, Saudi local time and whether the vehicle is collecting an arrival or taking passengers to depart. Keep the traveller contact reachable. If an organiser books for someone else, give the traveller the confirmed instructions before the flight.
Match the vehicle to the assignment
Business passengers may value an executive class and direct office arrival. Families may need more case space, child seating information or boarding time. Add bulky equipment and mobility requirements before confirmation so the vehicle decision is based on the real journey.
Add onward travel separately
A transfer to Khobar and a later journey to Riyadh are different operating commitments. Add both to the basket with their own times or request an appropriate multi-stop plan. This gives each journey a price, confirmation status and clear cancellation record.
Use confirmation as the operational handover
Payment creates a provisional request. Once the team confirms, the booking record becomes the shared source for date, places, traveller, class and instructions. Request amendments through the account or support route instead of relying on an informal message that is not attached to the journey.
