Register as a driver or fleet partner
1. Apply and choose your area
Tell us whether you are an independent driver or fleet partner. Set your Saudi base city, service regions and job radius. AlUla, Dammam and Riyadh are priorities; other Saudi regions are welcome.
2. Prepare your documents
Have your valid driving licence, vehicle registration, appropriate insurance and any required inspection, work and transport permissions ready. Tell us your vehicle type, passenger capacity and fleet size. Supply documents only through the approved onboarding process, not by replying to a marketing email.
3. Complete a friendly review
We are a booking agency, not a transport operator in the Kingdom. Our Saudi-based partners operate the journeys. Routine identity, vehicle and document checks help us welcome overseas travellers with confidence.
4. Accept suitable jobs after approval
Once approved, keep your area, availability and documents current, accept suitable available jobs and complete the journey. Eligible payouts follow completion and approval, to the approved verified bank account under your agreement. Fleet partners pay their managed drivers. Transfer fees are deducted; approval and work are not guaranteed.
One application for all five transport brands
Saudi Cab Co · Hajj & Umrah Taxi · Pilgrim Taxi · Makkah Cabs · Jeddah Cabs
Saudi Cab Co reviews transport applications centrally. Applying does not guarantee approval or work, and does not create affiliate or customer accounts. Those programmes and dashboards remain separate for each brand.
Already working with a transport company?
You can apply to join our network for additional driving assignments alongside your existing work in Saudi Arabia. Your employment terms, work authorisation and transport permissions must allow this work, and you must have any required employer or regulatory approvals. Accept assignments only when they fit your existing commitments and you can provide a safe, reliable service. All applicants must complete our screening and approval process before receiving assignments.
Payment responsibilities
We pay the approved transport partner for its eligible journeys. Partners must pay the drivers they create or manage; Saudi Cab Co does not pay those drivers separately. Independent drivers contracted directly follow their own approved payout arrangement.
The driver or partner receiving a payout pays the transfer fee. Fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount, reducing the amount received. Bank details are collected through the approved account and must pass verification before payment.
How we use your application
Saudi Cab Co uses these details to review your application and contact you about onboarding. Personal details of unsuccessful applications are removed 180 days after rejection or closure. Approved operational and payment records follow the published privacy notice. Do not enter bank numbers or identity documents in this form.
Driver and transport partner agreement
These terms apply to independent drivers and transport partners joining the Saudi Cab Co network, which serves Saudi Cab Co, Hajj & Umrah Taxi, Pilgrim Taxi, Makkah Cabs and Jeddah Cabs. Saudi Cab Co is a trading name of Mohammad Shuaib Sakunder, a UK sole trader acting as a booking agency. Applying does not guarantee approval or work.
Complete every accepted job
Accept a job only when you are authorised, available and able to complete the agreed journey safely and lawfully with the approved driver and vehicle. Once accepted, you must attend on time and fulfil the agreed pickup, route, passenger requirements and destination. Do not abandon a passenger, invent a completion record, or hand the job to an unapproved driver or vehicle.
Report problems immediately
Tell the booking team immediately if a delay, breakdown, emergency or other problem could prevent completion. Explain what happened and cooperate with a safe replacement or other instructions. Protect passengers and contact emergency services when necessary. This obligation never requires unsafe or unlawful driving, and genuine emergencies or circumstances beyond your reasonable control will be considered during review.
Suspension and review
Failure to fulfil an accepted job, an avoidable cancellation or no-show, false records, or a breach of these terms may result in suspension or removal from the platform after review. Access may be restricted immediately while a serious safety, fraud or data-protection concern is investigated. We will normally explain the concern and give you an opportunity to respond through the booking team; confidential or security-sensitive details may be withheld. Suspension does not automatically forfeit sums lawfully owed for properly completed work.
Passenger information is for the assigned job
Use passenger names, telephone numbers, pickup and destination details, flight information and any assistance requirements only to arrange and complete the assigned journey and resolve necessary service issues, following the agency's lawful instructions. Keep the information confidential. Do not use it for marketing, personal contact, profiling or your own customer list, sell it, post it publicly or share it with anyone who is not authorised for that job.
Secure access and incident reporting
Keep devices and accounts protected with access controls, do not share passwords, and limit access to people who need the information for the authorised work and are bound by equivalent confidentiality duties. Avoid unnecessary downloads, screenshots and copies. Report loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or a suspected data incident to the booking team immediately and cooperate with containment, investigation and passenger-rights requests. Do not send passenger information to another provider or country without the agency's written authorisation and any required lawful safeguards.
Return or delete copies
Delete local copies, contact entries, messages, downloads and other passenger information without undue delay when the journey and any necessary service follow-up are complete, or return/delete them earlier when lawfully instructed. If a legal duty or unresolved claim requires limited retention, tell the agency the reason and required period, keep only what is necessary, restrict its use and delete it when that need ends. Confirm deletion or return when requested. This does not authorise deletion of records subject to a lawful preservation instruction.
Responsibilities of transport partners
If you manage drivers or staff, you must be authorised to accept these terms for your business and ensure each person receives, understands and is bound by equivalent service and passenger-data duties before accessing a job or passenger information. You remain responsible for approved assignments, required licences, insurance and permissions, and your own payment duties to drivers. The payment responsibilities displayed in this application continue to apply.
Your agreement
By ticking the required agreement box and submitting, you accept this version for your application and subsequent approved network work. We record the version, language and acceptance time. Acceptance does not replace screening, operating permissions or any separately required data-transfer agreement. These terms do not remove rights or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
