Saudi Cab Co is an independent booking agency working with Saudi-based transport partners who remain responsible for lawful driving, vehicles, insurance and honouring accepted assignments.
Independent Saudi transport partners
Drivers and transport providers are not presented as government employees or ordinary office employees of this website. They accept assignments as independent partners or through partner operators based in Saudi Arabia.
Checks before assignments
We can require identity, driving, vehicle, insurance and operating evidence appropriate to the assignment and can review service history. A check reduces risk but cannot guarantee that no individual will ever breach a duty.
The partner controls the live vehicle operation
The driver or transport provider is responsible for lawful driving, day-to-day vehicle safety, compliance with road and transport requirements and following the confirmed pickup and destination instructions.
The agency retains its own responsibilities
We remain responsible for the booking and coordination obligations the law places on us, including using reasonable care in arranging the service. Nothing on the website excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Passenger feedback affects future work
Complaints, missed instructions, safety concerns and repeated communication failures can be investigated and may result in a partner being restricted or removed from future assignments.
