Choose your vehicle class
Each price is per vehicle. Every photograph shows the exact named make and model. Your assigned vehicle may later be an equal or better model with at least the capacity and features shown.
You decide the route order
Add each waypoint in the order the vehicle should visit it. Use complete Google places, not a list of neighbourhood names. The route engine includes the selected stops when it calculates distance and estimated journey duration.
Transport is not automatically a guided tour
The standard service supplies private transport. Commentary, attraction tickets, permits, specialist guiding, meals and guaranteed access are not included unless the booking confirmation expressly says so.
Waiting must be planned
Tell us how long the party expects to remain at each stop. Included waiting and additional waiting rules are shown or agreed before confirmation; an open-ended day may require an hourly or manually reviewed quotation.
Keep the day achievable
Saudi distances can be substantial. Road conditions, prayer times, venue access, seasonal controls and boarding time can affect the day. The team may recommend fewer stops or a different departure time rather than confirm an unsafe itinerary.
Book separate trips when they are separate commitments
If journeys happen on different days or have different passengers, add them as separate basket items. Each then has its own price, status, amendment history and cancellation window.

How many stops can I add online?
The current journey search accepts up to eight ordered Saudi waypoints. More complex schedules can be sent for manual review.
Can the driver wait at each stop?
Waiting must be included in the accepted plan. Extra or unplanned waiting may incur the stated waiting charge or require an amendment.
Are tickets and entry permissions included?
No, not unless expressly listed in the confirmed booking. Customers remain responsible for tickets, permits, opening times and eligibility to enter.
